2022 – 2023 Application Cycle

These dates apply to Kansas residents applying to the program. The timeline for international participants is set by the US Embassy in each participating home location.

• December 5, 2022 Application deadline
• Late December, 2022 Semi-finalists selected and notified
• January 3, 2022 Interviews (Phone, Skype, or In Person)
• Mid-January, 2023 Notify selected participants and alternates
• February 1, 2023 Deadline for Letter of Commitment
• Spring 2023 – Orientation & Preparation
• June 22 to July 30, 2023 – KWLI & Educational Travel
